Arriving at the Assembly Halls
Please go to the registration desk and our team will direct you to the session room where you will load your presentation.
Please go to the room in which you are presenting at least ten minutes prior to the start of the session.
This will allow you to meet with the Chair of your session and load your slides.
Keeping to Time
The programme is very tight and it is imperative that the session run on time.
Poster Presentations
Poster boards are 1m wide and 2m high. It is recommended that displays do not exceed 1.5m in length.
Authors have now been advised in advance of their poster number and when their poster should be displayed. Please contact us if you are a poster presenter and have any further questions.
