Registration is now open!

Registration fees include:

  • All conference materials
  • Access to all lectures and exhibition
  • Refreshments and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Conference Dinner on Wednesday evening. 

Daily Registration fees include all of the above, except a ticket to the Conference Dinner.

If you are a day attendee and wish to join us for the dinner, you can make a separate purchase for this during your registration.

*NB The registration fee does not cover accommodation.

Conference Dinner
Full conference attendees must indicate at time of registration whether they will be attending the conference dinner or not.
Spaces are limited so you are not guaranteed a place if you do not indicate this.

Delegates attending the conference on specific days can purchase a dinner ticket for £50 each.
Guest or accompanying person dinner tickets can also be bought at £50 each.

Cancellation Terms

Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to 5nations@in-conference.org.uk 
Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.  
An admin fee of £40 will be deducted for cancellations before 9th April 2025. After this, no refunds will be provided.

Delegate substitutions can be made at no additional cost. Please notify the 5 Nations 2025 administration team in writing via email.
No shows will NOT be refunded.
